What do I need to provide?
If we are providing mobile detailing services, we require access to water and electricity. This allows us to keep our prices affordable.
Do I need to be home during your visit?
It is not a requirement for you to be home at the time of service. We will leave your property or vehicle in better condition than we found it. We do prefer to complete a final walk through after services are completed to ensure we meet your expectations. We also send out before and after pictures so you can see the transformation.
What areas do you service?
We service Charlotte, NC, the Lake Norman area, and up to Hickory. If you are within 45 minutes of Mooresville, NC we will provide service to you. Check out our service area for a detailed list of cities we service.
How do I pay for services?
We will invoice you after all services have been completed and you can pay electronically. We accept cash, ACH, debit cards, credit cards, and have financing available if you would like to break it up into monthly payments.
